Founding Demand Generation Marketer
New York City (Hybrid - 4 days/week in office) Remote considered for exceptional candidates
Dili is a YC-backed, Series A startup using AI to automate compliance and due diligence for the industrial economy.

We started with prevailing wage and apprenticeship compliance, helping developers, EPCs, contractors, and compliance teams manage complex labor requirements across energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, data center, and construction projects.

Our goal isn’t simply to build software. We’re building a new model for how complex work gets done.

We’re looking for our first Demand Generation Marketer to build and scale our pipeline engine.

Your job is simple: generate qualified pipeline. You’ll work directly with the CEO and partner closely with sales, product, customer success, and engineering to understand our customers, identify opportunities, and continuously improve how we reach the market.

We want someone who experiments constantly, moves quickly, measures everything, and uses modern AI tools to accomplish far more than a traditional marketing team.

If you enjoy building from scratch, wearing multiple hats, and having a direct impact on company growth, we’d love to talk.

Build campaigns across paid search, LinkedIn, email, content, SEO, webinars, events, partnerships, and other acquisition channels.

Create landing pages, campaigns, ads, emails, case studies, customer stories, and other marketing assets yourself, or work with contractors and partners when appropriate.

Own HubSpot, marketing automation, attribution, and reporting.

Continuously test messaging, positioning, creative, audiences, offers, and conversion funnels.

Partner closely with sales to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generation.

Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions about where to invest.

Use AI tools extensively to automate repetitive work, accelerate content creation, improve personalization, analyze performance, and increase overall marketing velocity.

Help shape Dili’s brand and go‑to‑market strategy as we expand into new products and markets.

3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or a similar role.

Experience owning campaigns that generated measurable pipeline and revenue.

Hands‑on experience with HubSpot and modern marketing analytics.

Experience running paid acquisition across channels such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

Excellent writing skills with the ability to turn customer insights into compelling marketing content.

Comfortable creating marketing assets independently using tools like Canva, Figma, or similar platforms.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bonus Points

Experience marketing technical or enterprise software.

Experience building marketing functions from the ground up.

Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Clay, or similar products to automate workflows and improve execution quality.

You consistently generate qualified pipeline.
