Location: Chicago, IL, Hybrid (1-2 days in office required)

We seek a Research Associate to join our financial services insights team.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

Create and deliver impactful custom research reports that highlight key findings and convey complex data in a clear and concise manner

Interpret qualitative and quantitative information to develop relevant insights and determine business implications

Research market trends utilizing various information services

Assess the reliability of research findings, maintaining high standards for accuracy, relevance and quality in deliverables

Effectively manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting or exceeding client deadlines

Desired Skills & Experience

Preferred Bachelor’s Degree (+) in Marketing, Market Research, Business Administration, Finance or related field

Strong analytical and quantitative skills; excellent written & oral communication/presentation skills

Must be highly organized and possess strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Basic proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (e.g. experience with pivot tables as well as complex charts and graphs)

Completes large volume of ad-hoc/ongoing research requests and compiles content for trend/topical reports; provides clients training on database functionality

Client interaction - interacting with clients on research requests and supporting on client calls and presentations

Desired Skills & Experience

Preferred Bachelor’s Degree (+) in Marketing, Market Research, Business Administration, Finance or related field

Strong analytical and quantitative skills; excellent written & oral communication/presentation skills

Advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint (e.g. experience with pivot tables as well as complex charts and graphs)

Basic understanding of tools like Power BI, Amazon Quicksight, and Power Automate are welcome
