Buyer - Full time - Supply Chain Purchasing

DGR Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Procurement Coordinator to support our purchasing operations. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in procurement or complex ordering, particularly within fast-paced environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing communications with distributors, creating and coordinating purchase orders, and ensuring accuracy throughout the procurement process. Louis may work remotely.

Communicate effectively with distributors and vendors to manage order placement and fulfillment

• Coordinate procurement activities across departments to ensure timely ordering and delivery
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
• Monitor inventory levels and track shipments
• Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, or payments
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
• Assist with special projects as needed
• 1–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Experience with procurement software or ERP systems is a plus
• High emotional intelligence and ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to work effectively within a remote environment and with remote team members
