Route Service Manager
UniFirst is looking for a Route Service Manager to recruit and lead a team of Route Service Supervisors and Route Service Representatives who deliver to multiple customers daily, ranging from small family‑owned businesses to major corporate locations. The ideal candidate will drive customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability for their location.

What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee the recruiting, training, and development of a team of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Supervisors.

Build strong relationships with customers and elevate the team’s level of achievement in customer satisfaction.

Collaborate closely with the location management team to provide the best customer service and product programs.

Negotiate customer contract renewals.

Qualifications

Business savvy and innovative mindset to increase profit and grow customer satisfaction within a UniFirst location.

Results‑driven relationship manager who is willing to roll up sleeves and support the team and customers.

Experience and willingness to work with and develop a team of Route Service Representatives and Supervisors.

Drivers required to comply with minimum auto insurance requirements per UniFirst standards.

High School Diploma or GED - bachelor’s degree preferred.

Prior customer service experience.

Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to handle a variety of customer service situations.

Ability to negotiate, train, coach, and lead a team.

Strong computer proficiency (MS Office).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

At least 21 years of age.

Valid non‑commercial driver’s license in state of residence.

Must meet pre‑employment DOT physical requirements.

Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
