Head of Project Management

Responsibilities

Program planning, scheduling, and tracking

Taking, transcribing, and distributing meeting minutes and action items; high-level follow-through to ensure tasks are completed.

Interact with outside vendors and various levels of management to accomplish program objectives.

Independently coordinate complex scheduled meetings.

Assess and/or collate updates and summarize status/activity reports.

Change Management Responsibilities

Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities leveraging known processes and tools to support adoption of the required changes.

Support communications efforts enabling the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications to teams and management.

Assess the impact of changes, conduct analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.

Support training efforts by providing input, documenting requirements, and supporting the design and delivery of training programs.

Department Responsibilities

Administrative support activities including assisting in procurement and portfolio management support.

Payrate
$44.00-$47.00/hr.

Skills

Administrative support experience, comfortable using multiple computer systems, ability to recognize priorities and reorganize priorities for staff being supported, proactive in identifying potential issues, tracking action items, providing ongoing communication to team to stay on track, and looking for areas of continuous improvement. Running meetings and providing status updates.

Enabling and providing change management.

MS Office required; Smartsheet, Teams, and Miro/Visio preferred.

Experience supporting complex programs.

Change Management.

Presentation skills.

Must Have Skills

Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification (REQUIRED).

Strong presence and professional demeanor; must be capable of presenting to high level leadership regularly.

Candidate must have a strong concept of change management and be able to discuss it in interview.

High level project management experience (ideally 6-10 years).

Pay Transparency
Base pay: $44.00-$47.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for hours worked over 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law.
