Bellman - Make your own schedule

We are looking for a warm, welcoming Bellperson who will serve as the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, friendly, and ready to provide impeccable service 24 hours a day.

Responsibilities Provide friendly and efficient guest service at the front of the hotel.

Assist guests with luggage and other needs.

Share knowledge of the hotel's history and local attractions.

Prioritize guests and partners' needs.

Work physical tasks and handle high volume of guests.

Qualifications Previous customer or guest service experience.

Experience in a similar bellperson or front-office role.

Team player, hard worker, and detail oriented.

Flexible and willing to work in a 24-hour operation.

Strong communication skills and ability to talk to anyone.
