Center-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Center Address 4515 S McClintock Dr., BehaviorCare Therapy BehaviorCare Therapy is a leading provider of home-based ABA therapy for children with autism. We specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children, infants, and their families in Arizona. We have officially opened our first center and are looking for passionate and dedicated BCBAs and RBTs to help us continue to grow our inaugural center and beyond.
Position Summary Step into a leadership role where you can make a lasting impact on the lives of children with autism and other developmental challenges. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll be responsible for developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, guiding a team of ABA Therapists, and ensuring the highest quality of care for your clients.
Responsibilities Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases
Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update them regularly
Develop and implement behavior intervention plans using ABA principles
Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes
Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised
Coordinate with your Clinical Director to maintain quality across ABA cases
Train and lead a team of RBTs daily to deliver high-quality ABA services
Create discharge and transition plans for children on your caseload
Requirements BCBA certification given by the BACB
Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) active and credentialed in Arizona
