Where you’ll be working: Location(s): Tempe, AZ Setting: Center-based Population Served: Children ages 3-8 years old Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later): Conduct assessments and design data-driven treatment plans Supervise RBTs and ensure fidelity of implementation Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams Maintain high ethical and clinical standards Contribute to an environment of teamwork and professional growth Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter): Caseload size: 5-6 clients Billable hour expectations: (dependent on client needs) Compensation & Perks (real ones): Base salary: $95-105K Bonus structure: Monthly bonus opportunities Sign-on bonus: $1,500 PTO: 15 days ( 5 sick days) Health benefits: Health, dental, and vision, and Group Life Insurance 401(k) Options Paid Holidays: 12 days Maternity/adoption leave CEU support: Company-sponsored CEU opportunities and paid professional development time Supervision/mentorship provided: Mentorship provided by a BCBA-D If it’s listed here, it’s real.
