We’re seeking an ESS (Energy Storage System) Marketing Analyst to lead market research, support business development, and provide sales-linked customer marketing support for ESS solutions. This role works closely with the Sales team to support customers pre- and post-sale, delivers product recommendations and solutions, and collaborates cross-functionally—including with HQ in Korea—to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution. The role also supports business management activities including sales management support and P&L analysis/reporting related to ESS.

Define and develop global market analysis and identify market strategies for Energy Storage Systems

(Conduct market/competitive research, customer VOC analysis, and summarize implications for GTM

Report global strategy and future business planning insights related to the energy storage landscape,

and support strategic planning for major customer

Research and identify new business areas with new customers, new applications, and emerging

Support opportunity discovery, qualification, and early-stage GTM planning in collaboration with

Develop and deliver customer-facing materials and communication plans (decks, one-pagers, briefs, email/webinar/event content as needed) to enable engagement and

Work closely with the Sales team to provide marketing support to customers (pre- and post-sale), including customer meetings, briefings, and follow-ups. Coordinate with HQ in Korea to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues

Build relationships with customers, provide product recommendations, analyze customer needs/issues, and propose solutions in coordination with internal stakeholders

Conduct Profit & Loss analysis and reporting for ESS-related business, consolidating inputs and providing periodic updates to leadership/HQ.Experience in B2B marketing, business development, or commercial roles in ESS, power/energy, industrial tech, EV ecosystem, or adjacent fields

Strong capability in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) with professional skill in: comparisons, proposal support)

Presenting to customers and internal leadership

English; Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
