The Bartender will be responsible for crafting and serving a diverse range of beverages, delivering exceptional guest service, and contributing to a vibrant atmosphere for our guests. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in accordance with company recipes and standards.

Greet guests warmly, take beverage orders, and provide recommendations based on guests' preferences.

Keep the bar area clean and organized, including washing glassware, cleaning up spills, and disposing of trash.

Monitor bar inventory levels and communicate shortages to the Bar Manager. Accurately process cash and credit card transactions using the point-of-sale system. Adhere to all state and local laws regarding the sale and service of alcohol. Verify the age of customers to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements.

Work effectively with other team members, including servers and kitchen staff, to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive guest experience.

Address and resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally. Assist with the set‑up and execution of private events and special promotions as needed.

Stay informed about new beverage trends and techniques to continually improve bartending skills.

Deliver exceptional guest services that consistently exceeds guest expectations.

Exhibit hospitality‑minded attitude; Food Handler and state alcohol certificate required.

Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times.
