We are seeking a highly motivated, honest, and dependable individual with a broad range of skills in crop production, equipment operations and equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently as well as part of a team and must be adaptable to the seasonal demands of the operation.**Operating tractors and a variety of row-crop and haying equipment* Performing tasks related to fertilizing, planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops* Monitoring equipment for malfunctions and performing maintenance and repairs on farm vehicles and implements as needed* Assisting with hay feeding during the winter months* Supporting general farm operations as required**Preferred Qualifications:*** Experience driving trucks* Basic welding skills* Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues* Self-starter with a strong work ethic* Ability to work effectively both independently and with othersThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a diverse range of farm responsibilities and takes pride in their work.**BENEFITS:**House Allowance, Paid Vacation, Beef, Hunting Rights**ALL INQUIRIES ARE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL.
