Join Our Night Crew: Assessment Center Supervisor
Shift: Nights, 7PM - 7AM | 3-4 nights/week
If you have a heart for helping youth, this is your chance to lead with purpose. The Insight Juvenile Crisis & Assessment Center—operated by Methodist Home for Children in partnership with the NC Department of Public Safety—is seeking a nightshift Assessment Center Supervisor to support and guide our youth care team.
Supervise and support night-shift staff
Lead by example, ensuring compassionate, structured care for youth ages 10-17
Monitor safety, engage youth in assessment activities, and oversee the facility
At least 21 years old with a high school diploma
A flexible spirit to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays
Valid NC driver’s license and successful screening/training completion
