Help launch our new community hospital in Farmington, New Mexico! Exceptional Healthcare is seeking skilled Respiratory Therapists to provide critical respiratory care across all departments as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team.
Assess and treat respiratory-compromised patients of all ages
Draw and interpret ABGs and advocate for appropriate care
Administer respiratory treatments, including inhalants and therapeutic gases
Develop and evaluate respiratory therapy treatment plans
Collaborate with the healthcare team for coordinated patient care
Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
At least 2 years' ER/ICU experience as RT
Ability to function as a team player in a small facility environment
