Server- Weekend Shifts

About Us: Our company is looking for a Bistro Server to join our team. The Bistro is a small, fast-casual restaurant, and we are looking for an Attendant to help with the food and beverage preparation on the AM shift. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working team player who wants to play a role in bringing customers to the Courtyard by Marriott

Job Description: Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system;

Prepare food and beverages according to recipes, procedures, and customer specifications

Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials;

Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner;

Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times;

Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations;

Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.

Clean and maintain service areas and kitchen equipment.

Bonus Points: Food Handlers Certificate.

Prior Bistro experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Cash register experience or similar role is preferred.

Marriott training.

Open to cross train on PM Shift is available.

plus Tips – Full-time (5 days/week) with no schedule limitations.

Paid training provided

Work Schedule: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts when business demands.
