Head of Facility Management

We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee facility operations, maintenance activities, safety, vendors, and site performance for a permanent opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

Plan, schedule, and coordinate facility maintenance activities through a CMMS

Lead maintenance teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, timely, and quality execution

Monitor and drive KPI, SLA, safety, operational, and financial performance

Facilitate daily maintenance planning, toolbox talks, and safety meetings

Manage emergency calls, breakdowns, and time-critical repairs

Conduct work order audits and ensure accurate documentation for customer audits

Build strong relationships with client contacts and participate in customer meetings

Develop action plans and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to address operational issues

Manage vendors, subcontractor performance, and on-site safety compliance

Support small projects, proposals, scopes of work, and project execution

Evaluate buildings, equipment, assets, and processes for compliancePrepare and deliver site performance presentations to internal and customer audiences

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

7-10 years of facilities management and team leadership experience

OSHA 10-hour and/or 30-hour card required

Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Experience with CMMS and enterprise software

Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills

Nice to Have:

Facility Maintenance Professional (FMP)

Certified Facility Manager (CFM)

Sustainability Facility Professional (SFP)

Root Cause Analysis (RCA) certification

Experience with Corrigo
