Full Time Physiatrist Needed

Job Title: Physical Therapist – Inpatient & Outpatient

Location: Framingham, MA

Schedule: Day Shift | 8-hour shifts (some weekends required)

Compensation: $39.00 – $61.28 per hour (based on experience)

Sign-On Bonus: Available (paid over 2 years)

Position Overview

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking skilled Physical Therapists to join a dynamic healthcare team in Framingham, Massachusetts. This opportunity includes openings in both inpatient and outpatient settings , providing a well-rounded clinical experience.

In this role, you will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to help patients restore mobility, improve function, and achieve the highest level of independence.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans

Respond to physician orders and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress

Administer and interpret diagnostic tests and functional assessments

Provide direct patient care in accordance with physical therapy best practices

Establish functional goals aligned with patient and family expectations

Monitor patient progress and modify interventions as needed

Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy (required)

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (preferred)

Minimum 2 years of experience as a practicing Physical Therapist (preferred)

New graduates are encouraged to apply

Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and patient care skills

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Certifications & Requirements

Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts (required)

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA required)

Ability to work scheduled shifts, including occasional weekends
