Administer medications to residents as prescribed by their healthcare provider

Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes to the nurse team

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and medication administration

Collaborate with the nurse team to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents

Assist with taking vital signs and conducting basic assessments of residents

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience working in a long-term care setting preferred
