Driver's License.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Professional personal appearance.
Ability to meet company's production and quality standards.
Devote himself/herself to ensuring satisfaction to customers.
Determine management, production and quality requirements by asking questions and listening.
Maintain a follow-up system that encourages follow through with assigned projects.
Know and understand the federal, state and local requirements which govern the company's business.
Participate in performance management.
Uphold the company's non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements.
Work evening, weekend and holiday work hours as required.
Acceptable driving record & driver's license required.
Immediately contact the selling store Sales Management if an accident occurs.
Ensure all reference guides, keys, floor mats, wheel locks etc., Ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to Niello satisfaction standards.
Adhere to Company Policies, procedures and established processes.
Respond to store requests for transportation needs.
Coordinate with requesting store for delivery times and vehicles.
Deliver vehicles to customers or events in a timely manner.
Inspect vehicles prior to departure for damage or potential customer service issues.
Deliver vehicles to customers with no damage or potential customer service issues.
Create and conduct, clean, error free, business transactions in a professional and timely manner in accordance with performance standards.
Collect any items needs from the customer and return them to the selling store.
Have customers sign any necessary documentation and return to selling store.
Document miles and time driven on the appropriate forms.
Communicate any customer concerns directly with selling store Sales Management.
Create and conduct, clean, error free, business transactions in a professional and timely manner in accordance with performance standards.

The expected pay for this position is $20.00 to $21.00 per hour and may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonuses or commissions.
