Now Hiring: Demand & Supply Planning SME – Kinaxis Implementation
12-Month Contract | Hybrid – Summit, NJ | Up to 2 Days Onsite/Week | Remote Considered
We’re seeking experienced Demand and Supply Planning Subject Matter Experts to support a major Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation as the organization transitions from SAP APO.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in a large-scale supply chain transformation, partnering with business leaders, IT, and implementation teams to help define future-state planning processes and support the organization through go-live.
What You’ll Do: Serve as the business SME for Demand or Supply Planning throughout the Kinaxis implementation.
Gather, document, and validate business requirements with IT, implementation partners, and stakeholders.
Translate current-state SAP APO planning processes into future-state Kinaxis workflows.
Participate in design workshops, testing, UAT, and solution validation.
Identify process improvements and recommend planning best practices.
Support change management, communications, training, and end-user adoption.
Collaborate across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Customer Service, and Finance.
What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of Demand or Supply Planning experience.
Hands-on experience supporting a Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation.
Strong knowledge of forecasting, inventory management, supply planning, and S&OP/IBP.
Experience gathering requirements and working with technical/implementation teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Experience: SAP APO, SAP IBP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, or other advanced planning systems.
Change management or business transformation experience.
CPG, consumer health, or manufacturing experience.
