Midtown Athletic Club is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to lead member retention through personalized journeys and digital experiences that boost engagement and value. You’ll own campaigns across onboarding, onboarding, retention, and lifecycle optimization, collaborating with operations, BI, and marketing teams.
You will drive segmentation, automation, and multichannel communications across app, email, push, and in-club screens, leveraging data to improve outcomes.
