We are now accepting applications for a Branch Relationship Banker to join the team located at our Twain / Jones branch in Las Vegas, NV. Branch hours are Monday through Friday.

Perform full-service banking services to new and existing customers within the branch, with a primary focus on sales and service. Duties may include new accounts, consumer loans, and performing client services issues.

Resolve client concerns through direct personal action or by referring clients to an alternative bank department resource.

Be responsible formakingappropriate referralsfor other bank products and services, including commercial lending products.

Establish,expandandmaintaina strong customer relationship by providingextensive, personalized service focused on the specific needs of each banking customer.

2+ years' experience as a universal banker/personal banker or similar retail banking role. Previousexperience in a financial sales representative-oriented role preferred.

Proficient knowledge of mathematical calculations and standard banking products, services, and transactions.

Basic knowledge of consumer lending applications.

Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong interpersonal & relationship building skills.

Proficientin basic computer skills.

High School diploma or equivalent.
