PARKING AMBASSADOR I FULL TIME

Job Details: Level: Entry, Location: Chapel Hill, NC 27514, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: GED or High School, Salary: $15.50 per hour, Shift: Day.
Responsibilities Direct traffic to appropriate parking areas.
Perform vehicle counts on location throughout shift to ensure parking does not overfill available spaces.
Charge customers for parking as directed by the supervisor.
Screen parking lots for permits.
Supply exceptional customer service to all customers.
Use hand signals and lights to direct patrons into open spots.
Immediately report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to the Supervisor.
Position or remove barricades to prevent parking in certain spots.
Ideal Candidate Skills Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to follow verbal/written directions
Ability to show up to work on time and on the required days
Minimum Required Qualifications Must be dependable
Must be at least 18 years of age
