The selected candidate will provide leadership and drive program execution in support of the ASEV Senior Program Manager across a fast‑paced and dynamic contract environment. Responsibilities include leading cross‑program coordination efforts, managing critical program activities, supporting the development and delivery of proposals and cost estimates, and interfacing with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on program objectives and execution priorities. This position will also serve as the Program Manager for the ASEV J8 Combat System, with responsibility for ensuring the successful and timely execution of software development, system integration, and test activities. The candidate will be expected to effectively manage multiple priorities, mitigate program risks, and collaborate across functional organizations to achieve on‑time and on‑budget program commitments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a highly dynamic environment and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. This position is located in Moorestown, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

Lead cross‑program coordination efforts.

Manage critical program activities.

Support development and delivery of proposals and cost estimates.

Interface with internal and external stakeholders to align program objectives and execution priorities.

Serve as Program Manager for the ASEV J8 Combat System.

Ensure successful and timely execution of software development, system integration, and test activities.

Effectively manage multiple priorities.

Mitigate program risks.

Collaborate across functional organizations to achieve on‑time and on‑budget commitments.

Desired Skills

A broad understanding of Aegis programs and combat system integration.

Familiarity with supply chain and subcontractor management, including hardware procurement.

Demonstrated experience in working across functional organizations.

Experience working international programs.

Experience in capture work and cost estimate generation.

Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and influence individuals outside team boundaries to accomplish wider organizational goals.

Knowledge of digital transformation tools and application to program performance and proposals.

Remote Work
Part‑time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
