Warehouse AssociateWe are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support order fulfillment, inventory handling, and outbound shipping operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves operating forklifts and cherry pickers at heights up to 30 feet, staging outbound orders, and ensuring inventory is accurately received, stored, and shipped. This is a full-time temp-to-perm opportunity for candidates with strong warehouse experience, equipment operation skills, and a commitment to safety and accuracy.ResponsibilitiesPick and prepare customer orders accurately for shipmentStage outbound orders for delivery and distributionOperate sit-down forklifts and cherry pickers safely and efficientlyWork at heights up to 30 feet while performing order fulfillment activitiesReceive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materialsUse RF scanners to track inventory movements and maintain inventory accuracyAssist with loading, unloading, and material handling activities as neededMaintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe warehouse environmentFollow all company safety procedures and warehouse operating standardsRequired QualificationsMinimum 1 year of recent warehouse experienceMinimum 1 year of sit-down forklift and cherry picker experienceMinimum 6 months of RF scanner experienceBasic computer proficiency, including experience with: Microsoft OutlookMicrosoft TeamsMicrosoft ExcelAbility to work comfortably at heights up to 30 feetStrong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safetyAbility to perform physical warehouse tasks throughout the shiftPreferred QualificationsExperience in shipping, receiving, inventory management, or distribution operationsAbility to quickly learn products, processes, and warehouse systemsExperience working in high-volume warehouse environments
