\The Senior Paid Media Strategist will strategize, implement, optimize, and monitor effective paid media campaigns to ensure we're exceeding our clients' goals and expectations. In this role, you will meet directly with large or enterprise clients to discuss strategy, review paid performance, and realign on growth objectives. You'll bring the passion and drive to analyze data and develop actionable solutions to continuously improve campaign results. As a subject matter expert, you will be strategic, detail-oriented, client-facing, and data-driven.

Create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns for clients across a variety of industries on Google, Bing, Meta, and other ad networks aligned with their established paid media goals

Monitor the pacing of paid media campaigns to ensure no under or over-delivery

Analyze paid campaign performance to develop and implement strategies to continually improve performance

Track and report performance metrics of paid marketing campaigns

Provide recommendations on landing page optimizations and strategies to improve paid media performance

Share expertise in all utilized ad-serving platforms and share that knowledge with the rest of the Paid Media team

Collaborate with the Paid Media Manager to identify areas of inefficiency within the processes and strategy of the Paid Media team

Build and lead Paid Media team trainings and host office hours

3+ years of experience in Paid Media, preferrable within a fast-paced marketing agency setting

• Expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads
• Hands-on experience in ad management tools and performance-driven campaigns required
• Experience in developing performance presentations, A/B and multivariate testing, and data analysis to drive measurable results
• Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with conflicting priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• This target compensation range is subject to multiple factors, including role, level, experience, and location.
