This is a full-time role that will primarily support our Louisville-Downtown clinic. This position will occasionally travel to support our Louisville-South clinic (on Dixie Hwy), once a month at our Lexington clinic, and twice a month at our Elizabethtown clinic. Mileage reimbursement is available and this role is bonus eligible!

Medical / Opioid Management

All of our physicians are board-certified and Fellowship Trained in Pain Medicine and board-certified in Anesthesiology.
