Job Summary The Program Coordinator supports and manages key operational and programmatic activities for Radiology Faculty Affairs. This role is responsible for coordinating multiple large-scale initiatives, providing high-level administrative and project support, and ensuring programs are executed efficiently and in alignment with organizational objectives. The Program Coordinator serves as a central point of communication and contributes to continuous improvement.
Schedule: Full Time, 8:30am to 5pm flexibility
Remote Policy: 1 remote day after 90 days of training
H-1B Visa Status or OPT)
Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure program efficiency and consistency. This includes calendar management for the Vice-Chair of Faculty Affairs as well as other leaders as needed.
Coordinate and manage multiple large-scale program activities to support Faculty Affairs operational and strategic goals.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across clinical, operational, and administrative departments.
Monitor program timelines, milestones, and deliverables to support successful project implementation.
Assist with planning, execution, and follow-up of initiatives aimed at improving program effectiveness and workflow optimization.
Contribute to reporting, data tracking, and analysis to assess program outcomes and support data-driven decision-making.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and support strategic enhancements within the program.
Qualifications & Skills Experience: 3-5 years of administrative or program support experience required.
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in data tracking, reporting, and basic analysis.
Ability to appropriately prioritize tasks and shift focus as priorities change.

Pay Range: $22.22 - $31.71/Hourly
