Retail, restaurant, or membership-based sales experience is a plus
Are you a people person and a dog person? As a Sales Associate, located in Lakeway, you will be the first point of contact for customers and dogs, building relationships, delivering an exceptional experience, and selling memberships & retail products only when dogs need supplemental support.Build strong relationships with dog parents and provide outstanding customer service
Promote and schedule first-time visits to introduce customers to our services
Ensure dog safety protocols are always followed to provide a stress-free experience for dogs
Drive membership & retail product sales by educating customers on the benefits of routine dog wellness care
High-performing Sales Associates will have a clear path to management roles, including Assistant Manager and Scenter Manager.
