Client/Customer Support Rep

This individual will provide support for other higher MSRs

• 70% Assists members with financial transactions, opening and closing accounts, and applying for and closing loans. Assists members in person, over the phone, through the internet and email, and through the mail/fax.
• Makes outbound calls as needed to meet sales goals.
• Follows all security and compliance policies and procedures.
• 5% Maintains member account information on computer system. Scans documents as required. Balances individual cash drawer, ATMs and overall branch in accordance with Credit Union policy.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Reston, VA.
