Job Description We're Hiring: Recruitment and Enrichment Coordinator
HomeCare Advocacy Network (HCAN) is a dedicated home care provider committed to supporting seniors and families across the local community. Focused on delivering compassionate, high-quality in-home care, HCAN emphasizes dignity, independence, and personalized service to help older adults thrive in the comfort of their own homes.
We're HomeCare Advocacy Network of Southwest Iowa, and we're on the lookout for a Full-Time Recruitment and Education Coordinator to help us grow an incredible team of caregivers. If you're organized, people-savvy, love to teach and get excited about making a real difference in your community, we'd love to meet you.
This isn't your average office job. You'll be the go-to person for recruiting, training, and welcoming new caregivers, helping them start strong and stay supported. If you enjoy variety, problem-solving, and building relationships, you'll feel right at home here.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Type: Full-time, Onsite
Interview, hire, and onboard caregivers
Lead fun, informative training sessions
Help coordinate caregiver/client schedules with our Service Coordinator
Provide in home training and caregiver coverage as needed
Help develop creative recruiting strategies
Use scheduling software like Wellsky to track and manage activity
One day per week and every other weekend.
Experience with recruitment and interviewing
Experience with onboarding/training
Office experience and solid computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Experience with scheduling and/or Wellsky is a bonus
Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean criminal/driving record.
