Responsible for exceeding the customer expectations at the bar by providing them with friendly, prompt, and attentive service, that is guided by each guest's preference and cues.

Will efficiently craft every drink to perfection with proper safety, tools and recipe standards, while serving customers responsibly.

Must have an extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu and be able to recommend and upsell.

Demonstrates teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise. Provides expertise and support to Servers on beverage selections and offerings.

Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, job safety and sanitation standards.

Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift.

Visual ability to include distance, close, color, depth and peripheral. Responsible Beverage Service Certifications Required (can be completed during training, and up to 60 days after start date).
