Head of Recruitment Marketing - Remote

Our team built AI Actions for OpenAI, shipped Zapier Agents to millions of users, and launched the first remote MCP server with Anthropic. We helped establish the protocol, and now we’re building the platform enterprises need to actually put AI to work.

Runlayer is one platform for MCPs, Skills, and Agents : purpose-built security, fine-grained governance, and complete observability so organizations can go all-in on AI across the entire company without the risk. We just raised a $30M Series A led by Felicis, with participation from Khosla Ventures, bringing our total raised to $42M. Runlayer is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to scale lifecycle, campaign creation, attribution, and reporting for a fast growing marketing and revenue organization. You will own reporting and analytics across our marketing systems, lead campaign operations for the demand generation team, and assist in the ownership of our marketing tech stack.

You also understand and are interested in how AI is changing the Ops game and you're already proficient in using AI to speed up your daily workflow.

Own the administration of our CRM (Hubspot) and integration of other tools into it: Default, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Fireflies, etc.

In partnership with Demand Gen, build and define lead lifecycle, audience segmentation, and email hygiene best practices

Improve our campaign model in Hubspot so that field marketing and demand generation can demonstrate ROI

Build and maintain dashboards and reporting cadences covering pipeline generation, channel performance, funnel conversion, and marketing sourced and marketing influenced revenue

Document and enable the rest of the organization to self-serve so we can keep moving fast

4+ years in Marketing Operations, GTM Systems, Revenue Operations, , Sales Operations, or Growth Operations with substantial hands-on systems-building responsibility

Experience in Hubspot for both a CRM & MAP

Analytical mindset: comfortable interpreting data, spotting trends, and translating findings into recommendations

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Excellent cross functional communication skills and comfort operating with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Finance

Experience building agentic workflows (multi-step AI systems, not just single prompts)
