RN Surgery- Day Shift

CVOR Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking an experienced CVOR Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in open-heart surgery and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct care to patients undergoing cardiac surgical procedures.
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
Monitor and assess patients' conditions preoperatively and postoperatively.
Administer medications and manage intravenous therapy as needed.
Educate patients and their families regarding surgical procedures, care plans, and recovery.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and interventions.
Qualifications

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in CVOR or similar surgical nursing environment.
Strong proficiency in open-heart surgical techniques and protocols.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Shift Information
This position is for day shift. Flexibility with scheduling may be required based on patient care needs.
