Head of Project Management
Insight Global
Manage the Hollice T Williams Stormwater Park project, with approximately 10 hours per week dedicated to paperwork and reporting, and the remaining 30 dedicated to being on-the-job
Manage budgets, specifications, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, funding requirements, and codes
Manage complex, multi-phase projects with varied funding sources, including federal grant funds
Review project scopes, identify risks, document site conditions, and recommend solutions
Review and approve consultant and contractor pay requests
Serve as liaison with federal, state, local, and other governmental agencies
Maintain project records, technical documentation, and required reports
Prepare reports and documentation for agencies, grantors, and reimbursement requests

Strong knowledge of site/civil construction and constructability, especially pertaining to stormwater and sewers
Experience managing, preparing and submitting documentation required for federally funded projects, including Davis-Bacon compliance, Certified Payrolls, EEO reporting, and related requirements.
Experience with Procore project management software.
- ?- Experience overseeing construction contractors to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- ?- Ability to supervise two project inspectors. - PMP certification
