The Inspector flips the finished mattress from the conveyor onto the inspection table to inspect for defects and attach an inspection tag and warranty information. The Inspector is also responsible for re-loading the large rolls of plastic into the bagging machine when necessary.

Continuous walking around the inspection table, and between the table, the conveyor and the bagging machine.

Frequent pushing and pulling of mattresses on the inspection table and into the bagging machine.

Occasional overhead reaching while re-loading the rolls of plastic for the bagging machine.

Occasional lifting and carrying (with assistance) of items weighing over 50 pounds.
