Opportunity to shape the financial foundation of a growing business

This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning to support continued growth.

Lead and manage all accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition

Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements and management reports

Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, and report variances

Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting

Manage compliance with state and federal tax reporting requirements

Oversee and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures

Collaborate with executive leadership to drive business performance and strategic decision-making

Deep understanding of GAAP and financial compliance standards
