PERIOPERATIVE REGISTERED NURSE - FULL TIME POSITION

About This Role The Registered Nurse functions as a caregiver for a specific patient population, focusing on expanding knowledge and skills while providing effective direct care as part of an interdisciplinary team. This role is ideal for those who are dedicated to improving patient outcomes and collaborating with healthcare professionals.

Schedule: Full-time, Night shift
What You'll Do Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation.
Develop and coordinate a patient/family-focused plan of care.
Communicate, coordinate, and implement the plan of care.
Provide ongoing communication with patients, families, and healthcare team.
Administer medications utilizing advancements in bar-scanning technology.
Adhere to American Nurses Association Code for Nurses.
Associate in Nursing or diploma of Nursing degree required
Six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience OR participation in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program
Current and valid Registered Nurse license in New Jersey
