~Finisher Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ Full Time work available
- First Shift
Perform finishing operations including sanding, grinding, polishing, deburring, trimming, and cleaning of metal components.
Inspect parts for defects, surface quality, dimensional accuracy, and overall workmanship.
Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and effectively.
Follow work instructions, engineering drawings, and quality requirements.
Prepare finished products for final inspection and shipment.
Assist with other production tasks as needed.
Report quality concerns or equipment issues to supervisors.
Finisher Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Previous manufacturing, production, metal finishing, or fabrication experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
