Evening Direct Support Professional/Caregiver

Job Description We have a new client in La Vernia, TX (Wilson County, east of San Antonio
SCHEDULE (~32 hrs/wk): full availability mornings and evenings.
You can take all or some of the hours to complete your schedule
WHAT'S NEEDED — full-assist personal care:
- High fall risk — gait belt for all transfers, uses walker/wheelchair
- Bed bath each morning; peri + Foley care twice daily
- Fully incontinent — change briefs promptly
- Choking risk — cut food small, special cutlery
- Encourage breathing/leg exercises
- Drives client to doctor in his vehicle (proof of insurance needed)
- Syncope: if he faints, let him rest. Cannot be left alone. Family handles meds + meals.
