Carrier Representative - Logistics

As the Carrier Representative you will grow relationships and facilitate freight opportunities to licensed motor carriers to ensure delivery of capacity, problem solving, and outstanding logistics solutions to our customers. Communicate with customers, potential customers, and licensed motor carriers.

Plan and facilitate customer deliveries.

Administrative duties which align with each assigned shift.

Proactively communicate with customers on potential service failures and create action plans to avoid issues in the future.

Execute legging/street turn/empty repositioning functionality in Rail Optimizer.

Manage equipment, including chassis and containers.

Shifts are subject to change at any time.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience .

1 year of experience in operations or dispatch environment.
