Early Childhood Education Teacher (2-Year-Old Classroom) - The Learning Experience Owings Mills
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
The Learning Experience - Owings Mills is hiring an Early Childhood Education Teacherto guide our 2-year-old classroom. This role is ideal for an early childhood educator who enjoys supporting toddlers as they develop independence, communication skills, and early social confidence in a structured, play-based setting.
Our toddler program emphasizes consistent routines, positive guidance, and hands-on learning experiences that support developmental milestones.
Support early language development, movement, creativity, and exploration
Encourage peer interaction, self-help skills, and emotional development
Collaborate with teaching teams and leadership to maintain Maryland licensing and quality standards
Must meet Maryland Infant and Toddler and Preschool Teacher licensing requirements
Minimum 6 months experience in an early childhood classroom (1 year preferred)
High school diploma required; Competitive hourly pay
