Conduct a range of routine and advanced laboratory tests in chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more while adhering to established protocols.
Evaluate test results for precision, address discrepancies, and conduct routine maintenance on laboratory instruments.
Participate in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis when required.
Thoroughly document all testing procedures, mentor new staff or students, and help maintain our lab's commitment to quality assurance.
Ensure a safe, clean work environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be achieved within one year of joining.
