Location: Remote/Hybrid (based on client needs)

Job Type: Temporary Contract Assignment

LHH is partnering with a client seeking a Contract Attorney to support a busy legal department. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage a high volume of work while providing practical business-oriented legal guidance.

Draft, review, revise, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including vendor, customer, confidentiality, and service agreements.

Provide legal support to business stakeholders regarding contractual obligations and risk management.

Assist with contract lifecycle management and compliance initiatives.

Identify potential legal risks and recommend practical solutions.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.

Opportunity to support a reputable organization on a temporary basis.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
