Be the Nurse Manager You've Always Ascribed to Be
Supervising nursing care, treatment, and services on the assigned unit or shift.

Ensuring all patient care activities are completed as required.

Assigning appropriate nursing personnel and ensuring their presence.

Identifying training needs and resources for staff in collaboration with other organizational leaders.

Current RN license required by state regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.

Five years of nursing experience, with two recent years in an inpatient hospital.

Previous leadership role such as charge nurse or lead capacity, responsible for interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and accountability for patient and staff results.
