Job Description An independent compounding pharmacy in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an experienced pharmacist to manage daily operations with the unique opportunity to transition into ownership. This role offers a 3-month contract-to-hire assignment, ideal for a pharmacist motivated by leadership and business growth in an independent pharmacy setting.
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

Lead pharmacy operations including staff management and workflow oversight
Supervise compounding processes and inventory control
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Drive business growth and enhance operational performance
Experience in compounding and independent pharmacy settings preferred
