Full-Time Senior Paralegal
Virtual Vocations Inc
Supporting the General Counsel in managing legal affairs, the full-time Senior Paralegal will review, draft, and administer commercial contracts while overseeing the contract lifecycle management system and corporate registrations in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Review, draft, and negotiate client, vendor, and commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with company standards
Manage contract matters from initiation to execution, coordinating internal reviews and stakeholder communications
Oversee the administration of the contract lifecycle management system and provide direction to legal operations staff
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree or an associate degree in paralegal studies with certification, a Juris Doctor (J.D.), or equivalent experience
Minimum of five years of experience in an in-house corporate legal department, focusing on commercial contracting
Proven experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts
Experience with contract lifecycle management systems and related processes
Ability to lead and direct legal support staff effectively Virtual Vocations Inc
