HR Generalist - Full-time Hourly position

Description The HR Specialist plays a key role in driving critical human resources initiatives across the organization, with a strong emphasis on compliance and operational excellence. This position collaborates closely with branch leaders, field teams, and corporate departments to ensure consistent, high-quality execution of HR processes and support a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

This position is full-time hybrid; must reside in FL This position starts at $26 per hour. Partner with leaders and team members throughout company on HR compliance matters.

Audit the onboarding requirements and associated documents for new hires.

Develop internal controls and conduct pre-survey audits to ensure documentation is accurate, up to date, and accessible for regulatory reviews. Be available during surveys to assist with HR/personnel file requests. Maintain contract expirations and document management for independent contractors when requested.

Participate in HR projects and assist with training

Bachelor's degree in related field preferred; 3 years of Human Resources experience preferred

• 2 years of experience in healthcare including working with healthcare regulatory bodies required
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, multi-site environment
• Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
