Sr. Graphic Designer

Are you a designer with a passion for fashion and a flair for creativity? Are you

experienced in the world of direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing, or do you have a

background in the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry? If you're a leader, an effective

communicator, technically sound when it comes to production and possess strong brand

building knowledge, we want you to join our team at hex-a-fun. As the pioneer of India's

first collection of quirky printed hankies, we're seeking a Sr. Graphic Designer to help us

continue breaking boundaries and setting trends in the industry.

Experience: 5-7 years

Location: WeWork, Vikhroli, Mumbai

Days: Monday- Friday

Timings: 9:30am - 7:30pm

Budget : 8-10 LPA (depending on prior work exp)

Responsibilities:

As our Sr. Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's visual identity and

bringing our creative concepts to life. Your responsibilities will include:

Understanding the brand's personality, characteristics, and tone of voice, and using this

understanding to develop brand creatives that resonate with our audience.

To look at every piece of communication, packaging, content, etc. from a strategic point

of view and objectively to address the brief and various requirements.

Managing and handling the shoot process from start to finish with ensuring that all the

content being shot is on brand visual identity.

Holding together the overall creative process internally and externally with agencies to

build a cohesive brand. Every communication from the brand to have a certain tonality &

visual identity which creates memorability for the brand in the longer run.

Reviewing and aligning the product packaging portfolio from time to time on offline and

online platforms consistently to ensure that it reeks of brand's visual identity & tonality.

Ensuring that the creative output is in line with production requirements from a technical

PoV. Also based on the technical know-how suggest various solutions to reduce costs &

try newer technology which gives a better output.

Managing a team internally and ensuring that they are consistently motivated and are

producing good quality creative work that aligns with our overall brand goal.

Translating strategic directions into high-quality designs that align with our established

brand identity. Creating captivating content for online & offline, packaging designs on a

day to day basis.

Gaining a deep understanding of our target consumers and crafting creatives that not

only fit the brand but also address consumer needs to drive higher conversions.

Injecting fresh and innovative perspectives into your designs by utilising trend

intelligence and your knowledge of the brand and market dynamics.

Utilise design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, After

Effects, Premiere Pro) to develop visually stunning assets and collateral.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in graphic design or a related field.

Hands-on experience in graphic design for digital, social, offline, packaging design.

Proven experience in managing, planning and running shoots.

Ability to thrive under pressure with tight timelines and quick turnarounds.

Must have their personal laptop in fully working condition
