Operations Director

Location: USA, Remote

Must have multi-site global and electrical manufacturing experience

Operations Leadership

Oversee global plant operations and standardize processes

Manage critical operational issues and crisis response

Lead expansion initiatives, new site development, and capital projects

Financial Management

Oversee global budgets and P&L performance

Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

Performance & Reporting

Define and monitor KPIs (quality, delivery, productivity)

Use data insights to improve performance and on-time delivery

Collaboration & Quality

Partner cross-functionally to meet customer and business needs

Ensure compliance with ISO standards and global regulations

Maintain strong supplier quality systems and audit readiness

15+ years in manufacturing management (electronics or mechanical preferred)

Degree in Engineering or related field

Experience building and scaling manufacturing operations

Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001, Lean, Six Sigma, 5S

Willingness to travel globally (50%+); Mandarin is an asset
