Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Travel RN specializing in Telemetry to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced telemetry unit, delivering comprehensive nursing services while working collaboratively with the healthcare team.
Responsibilities
Monitor and interpret telemetry data to assess patient conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Perform IV and foley catheter starts.
Assist in chest tube removal.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop patient care plans.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital Telemetry experience.
BLS & ACLS certification required.
Experience caring for post-op CABG patients preferred.
Previous experience with Meditech EMR is a plus.
